We offer FREE shipping!

The exact shipping method is determined when the order is dispatched and varies depending on weight, destination, and other factors. This means: in certain cases, we ship with the carrier of our choice – even if a different provider was selected at checkout – provided the delivery times are identical.

The average processing time may vary depending on seasonal volume. As a rule, it is between 1–3 business days. Shipping time is usually 7–15 business days depending on the destination, provided no unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather) arise.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to follow its status. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 18 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact.kicksrare@gmail.com with your name and order number. We'll then take care of it right away.
